Are you licensed?

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, certified and insured.

How long have you been in business?

Kendle Security Group, LLC has been in business since 2013.

What’s the difference between you guys and local law enforcement?

Unlike local law enforcement, whose resources are stretched, we have the ability to assign short-term and long-term professionals who are personally tailored to your security needs.

What do your security guards wear?

Depending on the assignment and level of discretion needed, our professionals may be in uniform or plain clothes as required.

How many guards will be assigned to us?

We will work closely with you to determine you exact needs for resources. Once a plan is in place, we will move forward to finalizing a contract based on your requirements.

Can I request a specific security guard?

If you have worked with us before and feel comfortable with a specific member of our team, we will be happy to accommodate your request depending on availability.

Can you make arrests?

Our guards are trained thoroughly, and this includes making arrests if necessary. Once a citizen’s arrest has been made, 911 is called, the guard will assist local law enforcement as necessary on-site.

How do I know if I need armed or unarmed security?

This will depend on the nature of the assignment. Once you have used our contact form and scheduled a personalized meeting to assess your needs, then we can decide what form of security is right for you.  We are here to help you make an informed decision you feel comfortable with.

Do you provide medical treatment as well?

While some of the team is certified in First Aid/CPR certified, we are not licensed or insured as medical professionals.
